You will provide technical guidance and business process expertise to deliver high-level consulting services for complex client projects in the financial services industry.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Formulate system scope, objectives, and detailed specifications aligned with client business plans and industry requirements.
• Research and document client needs, technology requirements, and regulatory constraints for system design.
• Develop and modify processes to resolve technical problems related to system capacity, operating time, and results.
• Lead technical aspects of consulting projects, manage sub-plans, and mentor junior team members.
• Conduct system, integration, readiness, and acceptance testing to ensure application integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting or systems development.
• Deep understanding of the financial services industry and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of end-to-end SDLC methodologies, including waterfall and iterative models.
• Proficiency in application architecture and object-oriented development.
• Strong expertise in business modeling, requirements definition, and Unified Modeling Language (UML).
• Experience with at least one application programming language.
• Proficiency in quality management methods, tools, and technologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or CBAP certifications.
