Description

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HAM, SAM, and SPM.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural vision and roadmap by collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Oversee customization and configuration of ServiceNow modules, enforcing best practices and scalability.
• Architect integrations between ServiceNow and external systems like LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and custom APIs.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring coding standards and best practices are followed.
• Establish governance processes for security and compliance within ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, and SPM.
• Experience implementing ITIL processes within ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with LDAP and Active Directory.
• Experience designing integrations with SAP and custom APIs.
• Experience leading platform upgrades and enhancements for ServiceNow.
• Any Graduate degree required.
