Description

You will lead technical implementation and post-sales consulting for enterprise customers using the Commerce Cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions and architecture design during remote and onsite workshop sessions.
• Create cohesive Technical Design Documentation following project methodology standards.
• Develop, code, and test customizations within project scope and budget.
• Execute data migration strategies from on-premise Commerce (Hybris) to Commerce Cloud.
• Enable customer and partner development teams through technical consulting and code examples.
• Support customers through QA, UAT, pre-launch planning, and go-live hypercare.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of total IT experience with 5+ years in customer-facing implementation or technical consulting.
• Strong front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, and React.
• Server-side development experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, or Hibernate.
• Proficiency with Node.js and Web Services (SOAP and RESTful).
• Knowledge of SQL and Relational Database Management Systems (DBMS).
• Experience managing multiple customer projects concurrently.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SaaS platforms and On-prem/Cloud architecture design.
• Knowledge of SAP Commerce (Hybris) or SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya).
• Experience in Application Performance Test & Management.
