Description

Architect and implement advanced system configurations, integrations, and data models for Asset Finance solutions while leading technical troubleshooting and client workshops.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex integrations, APIs, extensions, and data models for Asset Finance platforms.
• Lead requirement-gathering workshops with clients, translating business needs into functional and technical designs.
• Oversee data migration approaches, validation strategies, and cutover execution.
• Define solution scope, system architecture, and configuration strategy to balance customization vs. configuration.
• Validate business processes including quote-to-contract, in-life servicing, and accounting flows.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in technical consulting or solution architecture.
• Strong expertise in Asset Finance systems, including Assets & Residual Value Management and Auto-Leasing.
• Advanced SQL, data modeling, ETL migration, and interface development skills.
• Deep knowledge of asset finance domains, hire purchase structures, and loan lifecycle management.
• Proven experience designing integrations using APIs, XML, and web services.
• Ability to lead technical troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Background in solution architecture or technical design authority.
• Exposure to cloud deployment, security models, or microservices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and enterprise delivery frameworks.
