Lead technical delivery and manage complex software development projects from inception to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Build and mature customer relationships while engaging stakeholders to drive new business opportunities.
• Lead and build cohesive development teams, ensuring effective delivery and team cohesion.

Required Skills

• 12-14 years of experience in Java and Microservices development.
• 4-5 years of experience managing 4-5 concurrent projects.
• Proven experience in technical project management and delivering software development projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and running Agile projects.
• Experience with SDLC and non-SDLC projects in emerging technologies.
• Strong ability to manage medium to complex systems and adhere to design standards and frameworks.
• Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• PRINCE2 certification.
• PMP certification.
