Description

You will manage the lifecycle of production deployments and technical operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead production deployments and validate releases.
• Own environment troubleshooting and triage across Dev, Test, and Prod.
• Coordinate deployment efforts with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Drive automation and standardization for environments (CI/CD, Config, Security, Platform).
• Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional experience managing complex IT systems.
• Expert proficiency with Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Deep experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Expertise in Enterprise Environment Management, including Config, Security, and Platform tooling.
• Proven application of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC and PMLC processes.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Rally, and VersionOne.

Preferred Skills

• PMI-ACP or PMP certification.
• Experience leading large-scale Agile projects (5+ years).
