Description

Build, configure, and administer Atlassian Jira Service Management (JSM) products to meet business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure JSM workflows, automations, reports, and integrations.
• Administer JSM sites, including customer and agent portals, and manage license usage.
• Integrate Atlassian products with external systems such as SAML SSO, Workday, Teams, and Zoom.
• Collaborate with IT leaders and business analysts to deliver scalable JSM solutions.
• Resolve implementation issues and report project progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience with the Atlassian suite, specifically Jira, Confluence, and JSM.
• Proven experience in platform administration and development within an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with application configuration and technical troubleshooting.
• Technical understanding of integrating Atlassian products with Exchange, Teams, and Zoom.
• Experience managing integrations with SAML SSO and Workday.
• Ability to report project progress and action items clearly to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Deep expertise in Jira Service Management (JSM) configuration.
