You will design, build, and manage enterprise systems to solve complex organizational problems.
Responsibilities
Manage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, including system backups, maintenance, patch updates, error logs, and release management.
Design and implement system policies, security policies, and Azure directory policies.
Configure and maintain system customizations for dashboards, views, business processes, workflows, dialogs, templates, and email.
Execute configuration changes and conduct testing to ensure production system stability.
Provide operational, tactical, and strategic administration, project management, and SME support for D365.
Automate processes within D365 and manage data across multiple systems using standard frameworks.
Handle helpdesk tickets, escalations, and field support requests.

Experience with D365 automation and configuration management
Requirements
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT Management, or a related field; or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an ERP Technical Consultant or in a related occupation.
Proven experience providing D365 administration, maintenance, and release management.
Ability to travel or relocate to unanticipated US locations on short notice for extended periods.
