Description

You will design, build, and manage enterprise systems to solve complex organizational problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, including system backups, maintenance, patch updates, error logs, and release management.
• Design and implement system policies, security policies, and Azure directory policies.
• Configure and maintain system customizations for dashboards, views, business processes, workflows, dialogs, templates, and email.
• Execute configuration changes and conduct testing to ensure production system stability.
• Provide operational, tactical, and strategic administration, project management, and SME support for D365.
• Automate processes within D365 and manage data across multiple systems using standard frameworks.
• Handle helpdesk tickets, escalations, and field support requests.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT Management, or a related field; or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an ERP Technical Consultant or in a related occupation.
• Proven experience providing D365 administration, maintenance, and release management.
• Ability to travel or relocate to unanticipated US locations on short notice for extended periods.
