Description

You will design, build, and manage enterprise systems, primarily focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365, to solve complex organizational problems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, including system backups, maintenance, patch updates, error logs, and release management.
• Design and implement system, security, and Azure directory policies.
• Configure and maintain customizations for dashboards, views, business processes, workflows, dialogs, templates, and email.
• Automate processes within D365 and manage data across multiple systems using standard frameworks.
• Handle helpdesk tickets, escalations, and provide operational and strategic SME support.

Required Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration, maintenance, and release management.
• Development with X++, Power Apps, Power BI, .NET, C#, HTML, and MS SQL.
• Experience with D365 automation and configuration management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an ERP Technical Consultant or in a related occupation.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience, or a Master’s degree in a related field.
• Ability to travel or relocate to unanticipated US locations on short notice for extended periods.

Preferred Skills

• Project management experience.
