Description

You will manage a large-scale phone system upgrade project involving the migration from Cisco to cloud-based RingCentral.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical conversion from Cisco to RingCentral cloud systems.
• Drive project delivery independently across multiple departments including Call Center and Dispatch.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure ownership of new systems and processes.
• Manage project lifecycles and impact assessment across various infrastructure areas.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Proven experience with phone system conversions.
• Direct experience migrating from Cisco to RingCentral.
• Solid overall project management methodology and execution skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive complex technical workstreams.
• Strong professional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
