You will architect and design digital products from the ground up, translating business strategy into actionable technical foundations for distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design authenticated, multi-role enterprise web applications with a focus on user flows.
• Translate business requirements from analysts and product managers into technical solutions for development teams.
• Act as the technical authority on software best practices, advising others on complex engineering matters.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure technical alignment with organizational objectives.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in software architecture and design.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, AngularJS (1.x), and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL databases and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record of architecting software from initial problem statements to fully developed solutions.
• Background in IT support, testing, and solution design.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and test-driven development.
• Infrastructure knowledge and ability to manage both front-end and back-end development.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to travel to Hawaii for collaboration with the headquarters technical team.
