You will lead the maintenance and stability of production-grade applications while driving technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer-reported bugs within defined SLAs by collaborating with Support and Product teams.
• Manage and resolve production incidents following established incident management protocols.
• Address security vulnerabilities and perform regular updates to third-party software libraries and dependencies.
• Monitor application health, respond to alerts, and prioritize service availability and uptime.
• Leverage DevOps practices for application deployments and AWS infrastructure configurations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js and Angular.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases.
• Familiarity with NoSQL solutions such as DynamoDB.
• Experience with core AWS services.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
• Understanding of application security and software patching.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with payments, fintech, or invoicing platforms.
• Experience with on-call rotations or leading production support.
