Description

You will design and implement scalable CCaaS and IVA solutions, managing the full model lifecycle and cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design conversational IVR, NLU/NLP models, and flow orchestration using webhook integrations and speech-to-text technologies.
• Build secure, resilient cloud infrastructure on GCP using GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Apigee with Terraform IaC.
• Implement CCaaS features including ACD, skills-based routing, dialer, and omnichannel capabilities for contact center operations.
• Develop data pipelines and AI/ML models (XGBoost, Prophet, TensorFlow) to support CCaaS data platforms and ensure compliance.
• Manage integrations with CRM/CTI systems via SIP/WebRTC and lead migrations from legacy platforms to cloud solutions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in technical leadership or senior engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and Microservices architecture with Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, relational databases, and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile development.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and cloud IAM/VPC design.
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, XGBoost, and prompt engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
