Drive technical direction for complex software development initiatives and mentor engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide developers on Python coding standards, improving skills and productivity through mentorship.
• Conduct code reviews in Python, establishing QA processes and implementing performance optimizations.
• Define project scope and deliverables with stakeholders using Python frameworks, submitting status reports.
• Develop automated testing scripts using Selenium for Python applications.
• Oversee integration processes using Unix Shell Scripting to automate deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and its frameworks (Django, Flask).
• Strong understanding of web development principles, API design, and database integration.
• Experience with version control tools, specifically Git.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools, including Selenium.
• Basic knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting for automation tasks.
• Experience with Grafana and Splunk for monitoring and logging.
