Description

Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and testers to deliver technical implementations and ensure alignment with central specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and testers.
• Collaborate with Architecture, PMO, and QA to report progress, risks, and blockers.
• Ensure Policy Management System configurations and eCommerce adaptations align with specifications.
• Guide the team in code quality, testing, and deployment best practices.
• Support CI/CD pipeline integration using Jenkins.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong background in Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with API testing using tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with AWS environments and deployment patterns.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Proficient version control using Git.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability in team leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management.
