Lead technical implementation and architectural decisions to align technology with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive coding standards and best practices across the portfolio.
• Direct architectural implementations and hands-on application development.
• Manage the full system development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Coordinate system deployments, including after-hours execution to align with business processes.
• Communicate complex technical subject matter to stakeholders ranging from developers to C-level executives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of .NET (C#) development experience.
• Deep expertise in object-oriented analysis and design techniques.
• Strong relational database experience using MS SQL Server.
• Proficiency with BI and reporting tools including SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, VS Code, and Chrome Dev Tools.
• Experience working within US retail power markets.
• Proven ability to manage project status reporting for managers and customers.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret customer business environments and processes.
