Lead technical implementation and design for fullstack Java applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using Java EE and object-oriented analysis.
• Implement technical solutions to resolve complex architectural problems.
• Apply common design patterns to ensure codebase quality and scalability.
• Own end-to-end delivery using RESTful services and containerized environments.
• Manage onsite-offshore project workflows within Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Core Java and J2EE.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and RESTful services.
• Proficiency in Javascript, React.js, and Redux.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and Openshift.
• Working knowledge of JQuery, Ajax, JSON, CSS, and HTML.
• Background in the Insurance domain.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka and Webservices.
• Proficiency in Angular.js.
