You lead the development of scalable backend systems using Kotlin and Java while mentoring a team of engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design reliable backend systems using Kotlin and Java.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java programming languages.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing backend systems.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Micronaut.
• Experience with RESTful web services and API development.
• Understanding of databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
