Description

You will lead the technical lifecycle of digital solutions from requirement definition through to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical requirement definition, design, development, and deployment.
• Act as Scrum Master and maintain the Definition of Done.
• Drive cross-disciplinary thinking regarding software architecture.
• Own technical tests, end-to-end testing, and collaborate with innovation, legacy IS, and business teams.
• Contribute to development load while ensuring code quality and cross-functional best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend development using Java 11/17, Maven, Spring stacks, and Web API.
• 3+ years of frontend development with Angular 12+, Angular Material, and Ngrx.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools including Git and Docker.
• Deep experience working within the Scrum framework.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working across heterogeneous technologies.
• Strong autonomy and ability to propose technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ETL using Airflow and Data Lake management with Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Python and Data science algorithms such as NLP and topic modeling.
