Responsibilities

• Align IT systems with business processes to meet organizational needs.
• Lead technical teams and projects in a formal leadership capacity.
• Manage network infrastructure and connectivity requirements.
• Configure and manage VPN solutions.
• Oversee TCP/IP networking protocols, subnetting, and IP addressing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience aligning IT systems with business processes.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• CCNP certification.
• VPN configuration and management.
• TCP/IP networking protocols.
• Subnetting and IP addressing.
• LAN/WAN architecture and management.

Preferred Skills

• Aruba Certified Edge Professional (ACEP) certification.
• CompTIA Network+ certification.
• Infoblox Core DDI Configuration and Administration 8.x accreditation.
