Description

You will lead the design and implementation of backend systems for payments and wealth management platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build high-throughput, event-driven services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain real-time data pipelines and stream processing logic with Apache Kafka and Flink.
• Design RESTful APIs and optimize performance using Redis caching strategies.
• Integrate conversational AI components using Google Dialogflow CX and LLM agentic frameworks.
• Manage data persistence across MongoDB and Oracle databases.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 6-8 years focused on Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and Reactive Programming (WebFlux).
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Apache Flink for stream processing and data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Redis for caching and performance optimization.
• Database expertise in both MongoDB (NoSQL) and Oracle (RDBMS).
• 2-3 years of experience with Python for backend or data-driven development.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Familiarity with ADK (Agent Development Kit), Playbook, or similar agentic frameworks.
