Description

You will lead the technical direction and delivery of PLM solutions, focusing on Teamcenter and Windchill environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement PLM systems with a focus on Teamcenter and Windchill.
• Define and enforce development methodologies, ensuring adherence to Agile practices.
• Optimize system performance and establish rigorous quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements.
• Guide the team in best practices for PLM development and deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PLM system development and implementation.
• Deep understanding of Siemens Teamcenter and PTC Windchill platforms.
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and related tools.
• Strong background in quality assurance processes and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified PLM Professional (CPLMP) or equivalent certification.
