At a minimum, eight (8) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes, designing, configuring, and implementing technology solutions that directly support operational workflows and strategic objectives. This includes conducting requirements gathering, translating business needs into technical specifications, and validating that deployed solutions improve core business functions across the full project lifecycle. At least five (5) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
A Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field
A minimum of one (1) project with experience providing technical architecture services, which include planning, design, and development of enterprise IT infrastructure, systems integration, security frameworks, and technology standards to ensure scalable, compliant, and interoperable solutions that meet mission-critical operational and regulatory requirements for federal, state, or local government entities.
A minimum of one (1) project with experience working on IT large-scale Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) projects involving managing the entire lifecycle of complex software involving system integration, large datasets, and sophisticated business logic from initial conception to maintenance, using a centralized platform to coordinate multiple teams and ensure alignment with business goals.
Possession of a valid Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certification from Microsoft
