Description

Lead technical teams in designing, building, and optimizing data solutions using Snowflake and DBT. You will own the release pipeline, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members while ensuring efficient data processing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams in the development and implementation of Snowflake data solutions.
• Design, build, and optimize data models using Snowflake and DBT for efficient processing.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Use Python for scripting and automation of data processes and workflows.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in data engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in Snowflake for data warehousing and cloud data platforms.
• Experience with DBT (data build tool) for data transformation and modeling.
• Strong command of SQL for querying and manipulating data.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data manipulation.
• Experience with Matillion for data integration.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
