You will lead the design and implementation of complex software applications and backend systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build MVPs from concrete and vague requirements.
• Architect solutions for complex software development problems.
• Mentor and guide engineers across all seniority levels.
• Communicate technical decisions and progress to engineering teams and leadership.
• Apply industry best practices to analytical and operational application systems.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level Python development.
• Advanced SQL and data engineering skills.
• Strong API development experience, specifically using FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Working knowledge of Snowflake.
• Experience with job automation tools such as Airflow or Control-M.

Preferred Skills

• Java development including Spring and Spring Boot.
• Machine learning model implementation via Python.
• Experience with dbt, JavaScript, or AI/ML engineering.
