Lead the design and implementation of customer journeys within the Adobe Journey Orchestration platform.
Responsibilities
- Design customer journey maps to visualize touchpoints across the customer lifecycle.
- Build and manage customer journeys using Adobe Journey Orchestration features.
- Structure and model data to support personalized, targeted customer interactions.
- Integrate AJO with AEP, Adobe Campaign, and external systems for a unified experience.
- Use APIs, SDKs, and analytics tools to connect data sources and measure journey effectiveness.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Journey Orchestration (AJO).
- Familiarity with the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including AEP and Adobe Campaign.
- Proficiency in Springboot and JavaScript.
- Experience with data modeling for personalized customer interactions.
- Hands-on experience working with APIs and SDKs.
- Knowledge of personalization techniques based on user behavior and preferences.
- Understanding of testing methodologies and optimization strategies for customer journeys.
- Basic UX design skills for creating user-friendly interaction interfaces.
