Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable software solutions while mentoring engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable solutions using C# .NET and ASP.NET.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs for large-scale applications.
• Implement VSTO Word Add-Ins and SharePoint Online solutions.
• Mentor engineering team members and drive technical best practices.
• Collaborate across teams to solve complex technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years in a technical leadership or architect role.
• Expertise in C# .NET, ASP.NET, and MVC architecture.
• Hands-on experience with VSTO Word Add-In development.
• Proficiency with SharePoint Online.
• AWS expertise including DynamoDB, S3, and Lambda.
• Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Azure, Google Cloud, or document management systems.
