You will own the technical direction and delivery of complex enterprise solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes, dependencies, and legacy systems.
• Define technical solutions and create implementation roadmaps.
• Gather and validate business requirements by engaging with stakeholders.
• Oversee architecture and application development to ensure solution integrity.
• Mentor team members on technical excellence and promote best practices.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in application design and development.
• Expertise in Java and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and databases (Db2).
• Working knowledge of mainframe, Unix, and legacy systems (Unix Scripts, Esql Scripts).
• Experience in service architecture and data pipelines.
• Proven experience in modernization and transformation initiatives.
• Solid grasp of Agile software development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail modernization programs or large-scale transformation projects.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud platforms (Aws, Azure, Gcp).
