Description

Lead end-to-end software application development and manage cross-functional technical teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development projects using open-source, Oracle, and Microsoft technologies.
• Oversee administration, tuning, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Middleware, including WebLogic Server, SOA Suite, and OSB.
• Architect scalable, secure enterprise applications and integrations aligned with IT strategy.
• Drive adoption of CI/CD, DevOps, and code quality best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define application roadmaps and contribute to pre-sales solution design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software or application development.
• 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Angular or React.
• Experience with Oracle stack, specifically Oracle Fusion Middleware and WebLogic Server.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies including .NET, Azure, and SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and DevOps tools.
• Experience with enterprise content management (ECM) systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API management, microservices, and containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.
• Cloud experience with Oracle Cloud, Azure, or AWS.
• Oracle or Microsoft technical certifications.
