Description

You manage technical processes across IT divisions, development, architecture, and QA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk and issue list reviews and contribute to drafting project risks and issues.
• Perform traceability matrix analysis.
• Evaluate system requirements, including functional, non-functional, technical, and security needs.
• Conduct system test assessment and verification.
• Develop quality assurance task reports and maintain project metrics.

Required Skills

• Minimum two years of experience as a Quality Manager on projects using the California Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) stage gate process.
• Two years of experience developing project metrics, conducting process audits, and leading process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IEEE 829, and CMMI, ensuring consistent QA/QC application.
• Experience collaborating with application development teams and enterprise architecture units.
• Knowledge of enterprise IT standards, policies, and procedures.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master, or ITIL certification.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of total working experience.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
