You will lead product development by bridging customer needs with technical execution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Uncover customer needs and translate them into functional, non-functional, and technical product requirements.
• Ensure implementation plans match expectations by verifying requirement understanding across internal teams.
• Assess, document, and address technical risks with architecture and product development.
• Coordinate beta tests and define success criteria for product acceptance.
• Lead technical pre-sales activities and product solution demos for sales and marketing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in product engineering or development.
• Strong technical acumen combined with experience in the energy and utilities industry.
• Experience working with Business Analysts and Product Owner functions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, engineers, architects, and QA.
• Proficiency in understanding and tracking technical industry trends and competitor capabilities.
• Experience providing internal and customer training on product usage.
