Lead product development and strategy for complex data, analytics, and software products within the credit risk domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build models for future workflow tools to mature business architecture and visualize growth.
• Partner with stakeholders to document and communicate value generated from new capabilities and processes.
• Translate complex technical subjects into actionable recommendations for business leadership.
• Lead product strategy in high-growth areas by applying expertise in industry trends and competitor profiles.
• Provide weekly progress updates to leadership and explain existing tool functionality to business users.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Senior Business Analysis, Business Architecture, or Solutions Architecture roles.
• Deep domain expertise in Credit Risk.
• Proficiency in modeling techniques such as UML.
• Experience with business process modeling and enterprise architecture tools.
• Strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven program and project management skills with the ability to set clear goals.
• Working knowledge of C#, .NET, and SQL.
