Lead complex, cross-functional engineering projects from inception through deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive medium to large projects through their full lifecycle, managing scope, schedule, and costs.
• Anticipate risks, mitigate issues, and course-correct projects to ensure goal achievement.
• Present project updates and drive decisions with executive stakeholders.
• Manage and organize engineering efforts to ensure effective delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in engineering project management within complex environments.
• Strong understanding of project and program management concepts.
• Proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing projects in Retail or eCom business domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
