Description

You will drive the execution of technical initiatives for the Merchant Loyalty program to meet business and technology objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive feature execution across the portfolio using a scrum execution model.
• Build achievable execution plans and contribute to design choices and infrastructure strategies.
• Manage delivery plans, commitments, and release roadmaps within an Agile environment.
• Align multiple technology projects and dependent organizations to accelerate delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, streamline processes, and conduct meaningful retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Proven experience building technical products as a platform at scale.
• Deep understanding of platform capabilities and underlying technologies.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks and delivery squads.
• Proficiency with CI/CD, SQL, and APIs.
• Knowledge of IaaS and PaaS models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience articulating scope, timelines, and dependencies to teams and senior leadership.
• Ability to serve as the primary source of truth for project status and data.
