Description

You will manage complex technical programs by coordinating multiple projects into incremental, actionable deliverables. You drive detailed delivery, identify dependencies, and manage the critical path while actively handling changes and risks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects to produce incremental, actionable deliverables and drive detailed delivery.
• Identify dependencies and the critical path while actively managing changes and risks.
• Partner with Internal Communications to develop and execute companywide communication plans.
• Build reports, scorecards, and dashboards to communicate program status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Engage with technical teams to facilitate technical solutioning.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in IT Technical Project Management.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira, ServiceNow, and Excel.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and deliver across multiple time zones.
• Strong planning and organization skills to reduce friction and remove blockers.
• Ability to deliver accurate, relevant information to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
