Description

Own technical programs for Certinia PSA, Financial Management, and Revenue modules. Coordinate integrations between Certinia, Google Cloud, and AI services. Partner with Finance, Professional Services, and IT to modernize project accounting, revenue recognition, resource management, and billing. Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, data models, and scalability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-scale technical programs involving complex systems and integrations.
• Lead the modernization of financial operations, including project accounting and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate integrations between Certinia, Google Cloud, and Agentic AI services.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and mitigate risks across Finance, Professional Services, and IT teams.
• Ensure Certinia solutions meet enterprise architecture and scalability standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale programs with complex integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, including AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and RAG pipelines.
• Experience deploying LLM-based systems in production environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Certinia (FinancialForce), specifically PSA and/or Financial Management modules.
• Excellent understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating AI solutions with Certinia platforms.
• Understanding of financial operations, professional services automation, or revenue lifecycle management.
• Experience with AI governance, model lifecycle management, and enterprise compliance.
