Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Lead and manage enterprise-level programs and technology initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Establish governance frameworks, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure effective communication across cross-functional teams.

Develop and execute project plans, roadmaps, and strategies aligned with business and technology objectives.

Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement across programs.

Facilitate Agile practices, act as Scrum Master/coach, and ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies.

Monitor program performance through metrics and reporting, providing insights to leadership for informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in program/project management roles.

Strong expertise in program management, Agile methodologies, and leading large-scale enterprise technology implementations.

Proven ability in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and governance, with hands-on experience using tools like JIRA, PMO frameworks, and delivering measurable business outcomes
