Description

Lead enterprise-level technology programs and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance frameworks and drive stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute project plans, roadmaps, and strategies aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement across programs.
• Facilitate Agile practices, act as Scrum Master, and ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies.
• Monitor program performance through metrics and reporting, providing insights to leadership for decision-making.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in program/project management roles.
• Strong expertise in program management and leading large-scale enterprise technology implementations.
• Hands-on experience using JIRA and PMO frameworks.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and governance.
• Delivering measurable business outcomes through effective project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
