Description

You will lead all programs and projects within the connectivity domain to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution from initiation to completion within the connectivity business unit.
• Manage multiple vendor relationships and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure quality standards.
• Implement the scrum process, resolve impediments, and manage project interdependencies.
• Manage production event management, support, and assist the team with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Prepare business reports and present project progress and key metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Scrum Management.
• Proficiency in AWS services for IoT.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and React.js.
• Experience with MQTT and API integration.
• Hands-on experience debugging IoT connectivity issues.
• Strong skills in Program Management and Scrum methodologies.
• Competency in JavaScript and application development.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage event management and support for production.

Preferred Skills

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar certification.
