Lead cross-functional technical initiatives from initial concept through final deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile, cross-functional product development teams including Systems, Software, Test, and Operations engineers.
• Manage complex programs focusing on performance, quality, regulatory compliance, budget, and schedule.
• Drive solution execution through agile practices and Application Lifecycle Management frameworks.
• Oversee system integration planning, release management, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Translate customer problems into solution requirements with measurable ROI and present progress to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 10–12 years of experience in Engineering or Program Management.
• Minimum of 2 years in a team supervisory or managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience managing product development lifecycles and enterprise solution delivery.
• Expertise in Program Management and JIRA.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams through product launches.
• Strong ability to navigate obstacles and drive execution with minimal oversight.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Background in asset intelligence, including Location Services, Machine Learning, or Machine Vision.
• Experience with Android/iOS mobile application development.
