Description

You will lead and manage the full lifecycle of complex IT software delivery projects, ensuring on-time completion and goal achievement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and communication strategies for complex software deliveries.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID).
• Coordinate resources across IT and business teams while monitoring project progress.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and drive process improvement.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT project management focused on software delivery.
• Proven expertise using agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid agile methodologies.
• Experience with IT platforms and integrations, specifically BSS, OSS, and Network.
• Familiarity with enterprise software release processes and knowledge of AWS.
• Proficiency in project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and GSuite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and senior leadership audiences.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, ACP, CSM, or CSPO certifications.
• Demonstrated experience in risk, change, and stakeholder management.
