Description

Own large-scale enterprise program delivery within the Telecom industry, managing cross-functional technical teams and executive stakeholders.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives across multiple teams with strong program governance, risk management, and delivery oversight.
• Manage large-scale enterprise programs, including budgeting and financial management.
• Communicate with VP-level stakeholders to ensure alignment and executive visibility.
• Coordinate vendor and offshore teams to ensure seamless enterprise-scale delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing complex programs in the Telecom industry.
• Proficiency in Agile and SAFe program management methodologies.
• Strong skills in program governance, risk management, and delivery oversight.
• Proven track record of independent initiative driving across multiple teams.
• Experience with Telecom OSS/BSS, Network Transformation, or Infrastructure programs.

Preferred Skills

• Enterprise-scale delivery management experience.
• Vendor and offshore coordination expertise.
