Description

Lead large-scale enterprise technical programs, managing project managers and cross-functional teams to drive delivery, stakeholder alignment, and operational efficiency.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers across complex technical initiatives.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and escalations while maintaining critical delivery timelines.
• Drive executive-level communication and reporting to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Simplify operational processes through automation and optimization within SDLC standards.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and ensure adherence to enterprise delivery governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing large enterprise technical programs.
• Strong background in ITIL, CSM, and SDLC understanding.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Jira for program governance and reporting.
• Proven experience in budgeting and executive stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Experience independently driving enterprise-scale initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Telecom domain experience.
• Prior software development background.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or ITIL certifications.
