You will lead cross-domain technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams, driving alignment on competing priorities and hard dependencies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs across 5+ engineering teams, identifying dependencies and recognizing when initiatives are off track.
• Own cross-domain dashboards, synthesizing complex data into clear narratives for data-driven decision support.
• Influence without authority, building credibility with senior engineers and communicating effectively at the Director/VP level.
• Facilitate focused, decision-oriented meetings with senior technical leaders, driving to outcomes and ending on time.
• Guide teams through organizational change and operating model transformations, simplifying processes rather than adding governance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in technical program management, including 3+ years managing programs with competing priorities and hard dependencies.
• Deep technical fluency in infrastructure and platform engineering domains.
• Ability to follow and contribute to conversations about SLO error budgets, CI/CD pipeline design, database migration risks, security scanning trade-offs, and incident response.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating with Director/VP leadership and senior engineers.
• Excellent facilitation skills for running decision-oriented meetings with senior technical leaders.
• Experience with metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision support.
• Proven ability to influence without direct reports among domain leads.

Preferred Skills

• Background in SRE, platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure organizations.
• Experience with incident management processes, post-incident reviews, and SRE methodologies (SLOs/SLIs/error budgets, DORA metrics).
• Familiarity with platform-as-a-product principles and working across proactive engineering and reactive operational functions.
