Responsibilities :

• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of data platform programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategyAct as a technical program leader, partnering with engineering and architecture teams on design discussions and execution planning Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable data capabilities. Define program scope, priorities, timelines, milestones, and dependenciesIdentify risks, manage cross-team dependencies, and proactively resolve blockersCreate and maintain program documentation, including requirements, technical specifications, and status updatesManage intake, prioritization, and execution tracking in collaboration with product and engineering teamsEnsure alignment of program initiatives with the overall data platform roadmapDefine and track KPIs and success metrics for program delivery and platform adoptionAct as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating requirements into execution plansFacilitate communication and alignment across engineering, architecture, product, operations, and business stakeholdersSupport delivery execution in partnership with product managers and technical analysts

Experience :

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Product Management, or related roles, with a strong track record of delivering complex data or platform initiatives
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs involving multiple engineering and business teams
• Strong ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse audiences
• Deep technical understanding of data systems, including data modeling, ETLs, data pipelines, and cloud-based data platforms
• Hands-on experience engaging in architectural discussions with engineering teams and driving design trade-off decisions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
• Solid understanding of Data Engineering, Data Management, Cloud Engineering, and Product Analytics concepts
• Experience working with tools/technologies such as SQL, Python, Spark, AWS, Azure, Airflow, Snowflake, and Power BI
• Knowledge of Data Privacy, Governance, Data Masking, and Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC)
• Strong experience with Agile/SDLC practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience managing intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and program execution tracking

Additional Note :

Strong experience in data engineering concepts – data pipelines, orchestration, ETL/ELT, and data modelingHands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) – minimum 3+ yearsDeep understanding of data ingress/egress patterns, architecture trade-offs, and system designProficiency with tools/technologies such as:

• SQL, Python, Spark
• Snowflake, Airflow
• Azure / AWS cloud ecosystems
• Power BI or other analytics tools

Knowledge of data governance, security, data privacy, data masking, and RBACExperience with CI/CD and Agile/SDLC tools such as Jira and Confluence
