Description

Lead end-to-end execution of large, cross-functional programs across multiple teams in O'Fallon, MO.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into scalable technical program plans and execution roadmaps.
• Identify, track, and remove blockers while proactively driving solutions in complex scenarios.
• Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth production readiness and successful launches.
• Define, track, and report key program metrics aligned with organizational goals.
• Evaluate technical design considerations including scalability, performance, latency, security, and data integrity.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management roles.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Rally, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in complex, ambiguous environments.
• Experience evaluating risks across the SDLC and implementing mitigation strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Payments domain.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures, IaaS, PaaS, and Serverless technologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Microservices, APIs, NoSQL databases, and Java.
