Lead cross-functional product initiatives from ideation through post-launch, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive loyalty and retention product programs by defining success metrics and prioritizing roadmap investments to deepen customer engagement.
• Lead regulatory and compliance-driven initiatives, coordinating across legal, policy, product, and engineering stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on support across the software development lifecycle, including resource allocation, progress tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Build roadmaps and release plans with a thorough understanding of dependency management in complex, multi-team environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing product environments leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously in situations of extreme ambiguity with high-level direction.
• Experience as an embedded TPM partnering within product engineering teams.
• Ability to communicate highly technical problems and solutions to all levels, from individual contributors to C-level executives.
• Strong organization, planning skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience compiling and presenting business and technology options backed by data and experimentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Data Science and Product Engineering collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
