Description

You will lead software and firmware execution for PCIe datacenter products, managing release schedules and plans for GPU, HPC, and AI platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive software and firmware release schedules, plans of record, and executive status updates.
• Define and implement processes to support GPU, HPC, and AI platforms for CSP and OEM customers.
• Collaborate with engineering management to refine development workflows and maximize engineering efficiency.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable goals and manage technical feedback from OEMs, ODMs, and CSPs.
• Manage complex schedules for parallel workstreams and resolve resource conflicts or technical issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a technical program management role.
• Hands-on experience with software development processes, specifically for system software or firmware.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles and the complete software stack running on GPUs.
• Experience with industry-standard configuration management tools and process automation.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and Linux.
• Strong technical presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and build consensus across diverse technical groups.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PCIe boards, GPUs, or NICs.
• Knowledge of Linux OS, operating system principles, and modern programming languages.
• Experience coordinating activities between HW, Firmware, and SW organizations.
