Description

Lead complex, cross-functional IT programs from design through production, managing vendor collaboration, risk mitigation, and financial performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program activities, including planning, scheduling, and communication for development and maintenance phases.
• Lead contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies to ensure project stability.
• Resolve program issues independently and communicate performance metrics to sponsors and the executive team.
• Analyze the impact of changes on business cases and reforecast value creation.
• Drive internal process improvements and implement corrective plans.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project, program, or IT management experience.
• 5+ years managing cross-functional and end-to-end IT business processes.
• Experience in all phases of systems development, from concept through installation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in automated project management tools, specifically Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Experience with large-scale IT transformation programs.
• Technical background with SAFe Agile or Agile implementations.
