Description

You will lead delivery execution for multiple customer project engagements from onshore locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer project engagements and lead co-located teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Collaborate with client leadership and stakeholders to align program end goals with business objectives.
• Oversee program risks, issues, and dependencies across cross-located teams.
• Drive process improvements, optimization, and data and metrics-based reporting.
• Handle budget management, change management, and post-project evaluations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program management.
• Expertise in Program Management and Resource Management.
• Proven track record in Risk Management and Change Management.
• Experience in Customer Management and Stakeholder Management.
• Ability to manage conflict and drive process optimization.
• Experience with documentation and technology oversight.
• Proficiency in budget management and metrics-based reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
